The Great Gatsby Foundation was started because we have personal experiences with the devastating impact of dementia within our own family. Every member and volunteer within the organization has their own reason for volunteering and donating their time, talents, and treasure to the cause. Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with Alzheimer's and dementia by offering financial support to local organizations and groups that provide essential programs and services to the affected individuals and their families.

 

"Our main goal is to be a strong pillar of support for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's and dementia in our community," says the founder Gabriel Fancher. "We want to ensure that the funds we raise stay within Rutherford County to directly benefit those in need. Many of our donors choose to earmark their donation to certain organizations but we also have a process for those affected to apply for grants and stipends from the organization."
